Today I created and published the official Facebook page for our project "Flamizza". At the start of this, we introduced phoenixcontact and presented the project to them. Over the next few weeks, we will keep sharing our progress on the site.

Drinks dispenser - A new component is added to the finished project "Flamizza". For this I have the refrigerator installed in the workshop. First, I measured the interior of the refrigerator to determine the size of the beverage dispenser. After I had the measurements, I cut the frame of the donor from various Bosch profiles and put it in the Refrigerator.

Today I started with the assembly of the drink dispenser. For this purpose, I cut the aluminum profiles and join them together by means of the threads produced. For the separation of the respective drinks I punched sheets for the interspaces. The next step is to position the cans and place the cylinders for ejecting the Drinks.

This week I finished the basic design of the drink dispenser. For this purpose I have put together the aluminum profiles and made various bores and threads. In between, I placed the provided cans to determine the distance between the individual areas. Finally, I separated the areas by sheet metal so that 3 selectable areas were created. Over the next few days, I will extend the design and create a 'ramp' for the doses that have been issued.

Today I have on
the beverage dispenser housing attached the pneumatic units. I have to do that
Threaded aluminum profiles and screwed to the housing. The
Pneumatic cylinder I have mounted on a metal sheet with the
Aluminum profiles are connected.

Today I have the beverage dispenser hare complete with sheets outside and mounted next to the Flamizza oven. For this I have provided aluminum profiles with thread
and bolted to the stove. Then the beverage dispenser with the
Pneumatic cylinder mounted.

In order to bring the beverage cans to the desired position, I have one
"Ramp" from a sheet metal to the housing over aluminum profiles
assembled. Below the "ramp" I have a PVC profile attached to what later
then the can is positioned.

The position of the can is determined by a round aluminum material.
For this purpose I turned an aluminum profile on the lathe today, which defines the position of the can and is then ready to be picked up by the robot.

The pre-turned aluminum profile for positioning the cans I have mounted on the beverage dispenser unit and checked for function. Then I adjusted the ramp so that the cans just slide into the aluminum profile. In order to let all three sorts of drinks slip into one position, I mounted and straightened sheets on the side of the dispenser so that the cans fall into the profile.

Now that the cans slide into the right position, today I have the beverage unit
connected with pneumatic hoses and compressed air. The control of the cylinders is followed by a Festo control unit, which now has to be installed.
