May we introduce ourselves?
We are a team of technicians and present our final project on this website!

The final project is one of 16 modules at the Fachschule für Technik at the BBS1 in Mainz. The part-time course lasts 4 years and takes place in the form of evening classes. We are now in the last year and the goal is tangible. After the final project and the remaining outstanding exams, we are likely to complete this school form in the summer of 2018 under the title "state-certified automation technician"!

CAD drawings from the planned plant!

Our project is named "Flamizza 4.0". This name is a combination of the word Flammkuchen and Pizza.
The idea behind the project is an automated preparation of these products and the customer also the opportunity to offer his order by smartphone.
You can choose between a tarte flambée or a pizza. Afterwards, the flooring is configured as desired. Up to 2 pizzas or tarte flans can be produced at the same time.

During the waiting period caused by baking, the customer can order a drink to his food.

This project is officially part of the Xplore New Automation Award in the "Smart Factory" category!
